Because these bacteria lack peptidoglycan layer. So, their cell wall which covalently binds to another amino acid of the neighbouring chains hence no transpeptidase which catalyses the reaction. And the mode of action of penicillin is to inhibit the enzyme transpeptidase. So the Mycoplasma Bacteria's lack of cell wall and are resistance to pencillin.

Mycoplasma lack Cell Wall penicilin kill bacteria by inhibiting transpeptidation. A crucial step for cell wall formation therefore, no way of working of penicilian lack of the cell wall in mycoplasma also give it another important charecteristics changing of shape. That's called pleomorphic in nature.

Mycoplasma lacks a cell wall around their cell membrane. Without a cell wall, they are unaffected by many common antibiotics such as penicillin or other beta-lactam antibiotics that target cell wall synthesis. (they attack the cell wall by attaching PBPs).

These is because if someone miss daily use of his/her antibiotics as commanded by physician, the bacteria inside will change in to L-form which cause chronic disease, these is as the result of cell wall break down. Example is Mycoplasma.

Mycoplasmas is the correct answer.
Because penicillin inhibits the cell wall synthesis process and thus effective for killing those bacterial species having cell wall but it is resistant to Mycoplasmas as Mycoplasmas lack cell wall.

According to the mechanism of drug action penicillin attack, the cell wall of bacteria but mycoplasma do not contain cell wall so the drug will produce no effect on the mycoplasma bacteria.

Because these bacteria as you say lack cell wall, so the penicillin attack cell by attaching PBPs. Hence no cell wall, no effect of antibiotics.

Mycoplasma because its a mycobacterium and they are difficult to test for unless for acid fast staining.
