Mostly Gram negative bacteria's are said to be motile but some of them are also non-motile. Gram Positive bacteria's don't have flagella and are said to be non-motile organisms.

No, @Stella.

Because many, not all gram+ bacteria have fimbriae but all grame- bacteria have fimbriae. That's why gram (-) was the better answer I think.

Fimbriae are not used for locomotion they used for attachment and exchange of genetic material during the conjugation. You're wrong when you say fimbriae used for motility.
