We know the formula of blank dia is,
D = π(d^2+4dh)
Where,
Blank dia (D)=? , Cup dia (d)=25mm, height (h)=15mm.
So,
D = π{(25*25)+(4*25*15)}.
D = π(625+1500),
D = 46.09,
D = 46.
D = π(d^2+4dh)
Where,
Blank dia (D)=? , Cup dia (d)=25mm, height (h)=15mm.
So,
D = π{(25*25)+(4*25*15)}.
D = π(625+1500),
D = 46.09,
D = 46.

Blank volume = Cup volume.
(pie*D^2/4)*t = pie*d*h*t+(pie*d^2/4)*t.
D = blank dia.
d = cup dia.
h = cup height.
t = thickness.
(pie*D^2/4)*t = pie*d*h*t+(pie*d^2/4)*t.
D = blank dia.
d = cup dia.
h = cup height.
t = thickness.

Blank = (d^2+4dh)^1/2.
= (25^2+4*25*15)^1/2.
= (625+1500)^1/2.
= 46.09.
= (25^2+4*25*15)^1/2.
= (625+1500)^1/2.
= 46.09.

Since the thickness of the sheet is not given, how do you calculate?

The thickness of the blank and the cup won't be same. Am I right?
