D = Square root of ((d*d)+(4dh)) = 46.09.

Blank volume = Cup volume.

(pie*D^2/4)*t = pie*d*h*t+(pie*d^2/4)*t.

D = blank dia.

d = cup dia.

h = cup height.

t = thickness.

Blank = (d^2+4dh)^1/2.

= (25^2+4*25*15)^1/2.
= (625+1500)^1/2.
= 46.09.

Since the thickness of the sheet is not given, how do you calculate?

The Thickness of material gets canceled.

The thickness of the blank and the cup won't be same. Am I right?
