I think there is difference between engine and cycle.

As Otto cycle has maximum efficiency than Diesel cycle but efficiency of petrol engine is less than Diesel engine.

So reversible cycle has maximum efficiency but reversible engine has less efficiency than irreversible engine. So answer is C.
