I think option D is correct because if you see all the heat engine diagram, they are all cyclic hence reversible. And the reason why they are made to operate in cyclic or reversible range is because you get highest efficiency in that range.

Both A & D is correct.

Explanation:

A: All the reversible engines have the same efficiency.
Efficiency of Carnot=Erricson=Stirling is same.

D: Actually, Engines are designed as per reversible cycle (Theoretically), But practically that won't occur s due to (Friction, Unstrained expansion, Heat Transfer through finite difference etc).
