Since entropy change can never be negative though as per question it is enthalpy.

In a reversible process entropy remains constant. Then how can it be the answer?

All of them are the function of temperature except entropy, so the answer is C.

Heat addition increase in entropy and Heat rejection decrease in entropy.

Change in entropy ds = dq/T.

ds is directly proportional to dq.
