For enthalpy q=dh-vdp.
Thus if q is supplied this doesn't mean that dh will definitely increase because here heat is a summation of work and enthalpy may be work will increase and enthalpy will be decreased.

According to the second law of Thermodynamics.
ENTROPY is correct. So when heat removed 'S will still be positive or zero in the reversible process.

Enthalpy increase or decrease if temperature increases or decreases but hear heat supplied or remove so entropy increase or decrease.

When heat is increased, entropy will increase and when heat removes, entropy will decrease.
Overall entropy will remain Constant.
