B will be the right because senstivity=N mean \N1-N2.

sensitivity(s)=2(N1-N2)/(N1+N2).
Assume N2 changes to N2-1 while N1 remains the same (a case where the range is decreased by 1).
So, the new sensitivity will be s+(s/2+1)/(N-1/2) where N = (N1+N2)/2,
Clearly, the sensitivity is increasing.

Sensitiveness = mean speed/speed range.
Because isochronous governor.
It's sensitivity & to be infinite.
S = N1+N2/2(N1-N2).
SO ISOCHRONOUS GOVERNOR N1 = N2,
S=N+N/2(N-N) = 1/0= INFINITE.

Option C is right.
Here, They are asking, what we need if the range of speed decreases but we want to have the same lift/ performance. Obviously higher sensitivity. Only if we have high sensitivity then only we can have the same life even when the range of speed decreases.

It is confusing about sensitivity and sensitiveness these two-term are inversely proportional to each other.

The correct answer is (C).
Because with mean speed is inversely proportional to the range of speed when we are not considering engine is not club with Governor.

Yes, the sensitivity of governor is a range of speed/mean speed.
But the mean speed also depends on the range of speed. That's why option C is correct.

Option B should be the right answer.

How an isochronous governor attain infinite sensitivity?
If can only possible if:
Sensitivity = mean speed/range of speed.
As a range of speed for isoch. Governor is zero.
