On one side of a neutral axis of a beam, there is a tensile stress and on the other side of the beam there is a compressive stress.

I think this answer is wrong because there is no stress on the neutral axis beam. Whenever its bend then only consider tensile and compressive stress.

The shear stress is available in the neutral axis.
