E is elasticity modulus.
E=2G(1+Poisson's ratio)
Then G=E/2*(1+Poisson's ratio).
Substitution the value in the above equation and result will be less than half.

E = 2k ( 1-2u)
Where :- u - poisons ratio.
K - bulk modulus
G- rigidity modulus.
E- modulus of elasticity.

210= 2G (1+.33)= G= 78.94 so G is less than 1/2 of E (210GPa).

We know,
E = 2N(1+u).
>N = (E/2)*(1/(1+u)).
Where, (1+u)~1.
Hence, N = E/2.
E = 2N(1+u).
