The temperature of condensate is __________ on leaving the condenser than that of circulating water at inlet.

Suppose for Condenser.
Intel Temperature: 50 C.
Inlet Enthalpy: 100 KJ/kg.
Outlet Temperature: 50 C (Ideal).
Outlet Enthalpy: 60 KJ/kg.
Now, to change the enthalpy of fluid in condenser a water is flowing outside the tubes and to transfer the heat, the water should be at much lower temperature than the fluid in condenser may be it's at 30 C.

Here the temperature comparison between condenser water and steam coming from the turbine.
The temperature of steam water will always be higher than the condenser water outlet.
The temperature of steam water will always be higher than the condenser water outlet.

Can someone answer, that why at outlet temperature is higher than inlet. Because even if there is latent heat is transferring than temperature should remains the same?

In condenser only phase change of median by latent heat, no change in temperature and pressure.

Because in condenser there is transfer of only latent heat.
