Classification of tool wear#depending upon the location of wear as follows:
1) Flank wear : occurs at the relief faces/due to rubbing of relief faces against machined surfaces/is predominant at low cutting speed.
2) Crater wear :occurs at the tool face/due to rubbing of the chip against tool face at higher temperature/is predominant at high cutting speed and where the continuous chip is produced.
3) Corner wear or Nose wear :occures at nose radius/kind of flank wear as there is no significant boundary between nose and flank of the tool
Hence (A) is the correct answer.

Because of clearance, majority wear occurs near to nose part.
