Agree @Sunny.

Fixed position layouts are used in industries where the position of the product is fixed due to very bulky, massive, or heavy and the movement is problematic. Materials, equipment's and workers are transported to and from the product. Example include shipbuilding, construction projects and even traditional home building [Ref. Introduction to operations and supply chain management, by Bozarth]. So the most suitable answer is an option [B].

I think option B is correct.

Because material handling cost is more so A and C not satisfying.
