                DISCHARGE Q = kH^5/2.
DIFFERENTIATE IT, WE GET-dQ = 5/2*kH^3/2*dH.
NOW DIVIDE-dQ/Q = 5/2*dH/H.
                DIFFERENTIATE IT, WE GET-dQ = 5/2*kH^3/2*dH.
NOW DIVIDE-dQ/Q = 5/2*dH/H.

                Q = K*H^2.5.
On taking logarithm on both sides we get.
ln Q = ln K+2.5*lnH.
Now on differentiating the both sides we get the answer.

                Q = kh^5/2.
Differential on both side.
dQ = 5/2kh^3/2dh.
Divide to Q on both side.
dQ/Q = 5dh/h.

                @Harsha Kalluri.
H = Height of the liquid above the apex of the notch.
k = Constant.
Q = Discharge over the notch.

                Just differenciate q=kh^5/2.
dq=k5/2dh-----equation(1)
Assume constant k=1
From given data dh=1%
Put above value in equation (1).
So dq=(1) *(5/2)*(1).
dq=5/2=2.5%.
