Cc = r^2/r^2
As r = D/2.
 
32/2 = 16,
40/2 = 20,
Cc = 16^2/20^2.
Cc = 0.64.
                Cc = π r ^2/&pi r^2
Cc = r^2/r^2
As r = D/2.
