p = wh.
h = p/w,
h = 0.15 * 10^6/9.81 * 10^3.
h = 15.3m.

P = rho*g*h
We need only h(metre).

So divide pressure value by rho*g.
Mpa = 10^6 *N/m^2.

It can be solved by comparing,

As 1atm pressure = 101.3kpa = 0.1013mpa which cause 10.3m of water rise
And thus,
0.1013mpa=10.3m,
0.15mpa=X,
X=10.3 x 0.15/0.1013.
X=15.2517m.

We know that 10.3m = 1.01325*10^5 pa,
X = 0.15*10^6 pa.
Cross multiple we will get the answer X=15.2m.

p = H*W.

p = 0.15 * 10^6 pa.

w = specific weight of water = 9810 N/m3.

i.e., H = (0.15 * 10^6)/(9810) = 15.3 m.
