                Mercury has higher surface tension than water but its kinematic viscosity is lower (due to high density) than that of water. Whereas its dynamic viscosity is higher than water (its metallic bonds are much stronger than hydrogen bonds of water).

                How it can be true?
Because everyone knows Mercury has low surface tension than water and because of it is used in manometer etc!

                Mercury is so heavy than water, so it needs higher surface tension to maintain a spherical shape of its drop.
