The perfect answer is specific humidity.

Because the primary purpose of humidification is simply by itself to increase humidity so that is to increase specific humidity.

Conceptually all the three parameters except DBT increases. But, looking at the given options it seems priority wise RH will be the answer!

On a psychometric chart this line will be vertical. So going up means change in wet bulb temperature relative humidity and specific humidity.
