When α is absorptivity, Ï is reflectivity and Ï„ is transmissivity, then for a diathermanous body,
For a transparent body α=0, Ï=0, Ï„=1, and Є < Transparent body is also called a Diathermanous body.
So, I think the given answer is wrong.
For a transparent body α=0, Ï=0, Ï„=1, and Є < Transparent body is also called a Diathermanous body.
So, I think the given answer is wrong.

Diathermanous body is a body which transmits all the incident radiation without absorbing or reflecting. (A body with transmitivity 1, reflectivity 0 and absorptivity 0) Air, up to certain extent can be considered as the diathermanous body because, it transmits all the radiation without hearing itself.

No, it is wrong.
Because of T=0 for Opaque body.
The diathermanous body is a transparent body : T=1.
Because of T=0 for Opaque body.
The diathermanous body is a transparent body : T=1.
