Regardless of the different areas, both are clearly said to be solid objects.
How else will heat move around, Would you say its by radiation or convection?

In cylinder, it follows logarithmic nature while in sphere it follows hyperbolic, don't it be same.

The area of the cylinder is 2*3.14*r*l.
The area of the sphere is 4*3.14*r^2*l.
So will get different values of heat flux.
