Delta T/((1/2kl)* log(r1/r2)).
Where,
Delta T = Temperature difference.
K = Conductivity of material.
l = Length of material.
r1 & r2 = Inner and outer radii.
Is it right?

Consider the small spherical region with radius r2 inside the original sphere of radius r1. (r2<r1). Then from FOURIER's law of conduction, take the cross sectional area that is normal to radius (4*pi*r^2). Then by integration from r1 to r2 and T1 to T2. We will get the expression same where k is the thermal conductivity of the material.
