For perfect elastic body, loss of K.E iske1=ke2
And perfectly plastic impact K.E=(ke1-ke2)
Energy can't be negative.
So K.E1 is greater than KE2.
And perfectly plastic impact K.E=(ke1-ke2)
Energy can't be negative.
So K.E1 is greater than KE2.

I think after impact the stress induced in the body was more so it will directly affect the energy consumption rate and also change in moment of area.

It is not cleared that what types of collision occur. Hence answer should be a, b & d depending on types of collision.
