When two bodies are moving in different directions an letter tend to come close or slide toward each other, it means there is a frictional force between them. Since the two Bodies are motion is dynamic friction.

The friction has two types:
1. Dynamic friction.
2. Sliding friction.
Dynamic friction applied on the body in motion.
Sliding friction applied on the body in rest.

The word dynamic refers to motion, static refers to rest position, rolling is one of the motion, limiting is just like fluctuations in motion.
