Ferrite: Soft and magnetic.

Austenita: Soft and non magnetic.

Cementite: Hard and brittle.

Pearlite-ferrite+cementite.

In steels, ferrite makes ductile and cementite makes hard why because increasing of carbon percentage in iron increases its hardness by occupying the octahedral voids in iron. In ferrite carbon percentage is less than 0.022% and in cementite the carbon percentage is 6.67%.

Austenite = soft and nonmagnetic.

Pearlite = ferrite + cementite.
