The temperature at which new grains are formed in the material is known as recrystallization temperature.

Option A is not correct. Only low-temperature annealing or process annealing is done in that temperature range. Rest all are done above 723-degree celsius.

In annealing process the steel is heated above its recrystallization temperature then the material is cooled slowly in the furnace which results in softening of metal, relieving internal stresses, increases flexibility and reduces hardness.
