The answer is simply eutectic. If it is less than 4.3% then hypo eutectic and more than 4.3% then hyper eutectic.
The eutectic reaction occurs at a temp of 1146 'C and the resulting product is ledeburite which contains austenite and cementite.
Liquid decomposes into two solids on cooling.
