Coarse-Grained = less tough and has a greater tendency to distort during heat treatment.

Basically a coarse grain material has lesser grain boundary, but as grain boundary provides strength and toughness to the material at normal temperature.

I think answer B is correct.
As grain size increases ductility increases so there is no requirement to be distorted in heat treatment due to large grain.
