I think option A:- fine grain => hardness increases => ductility decrease.

Me also with answer A as fine grain means grater grain boundaries and less dislocation movement and great ductility.

Compared to grain size formed in cooling in the annealing process, grain size is less in normalisating because of faster rate cooling.

So, fine grain has low ductility.
