I this Toughness is correct.

Resilience is wrong answer, toughness is energy absorbed by the material up to fracture.

An area under stress-strain diagram gives stiffness? Yes or No please explain anyone.

The area under the load-elongation curve within an elastic limit is called resilience.
The area under stress-strain curve up to fracture point is called as toughness.
So, as it is given energy absorbed within plastic range hence it must be TOUGHNESS.
