@shubham.

It is true it increases turbine work but efficiency, ay increase or decrease it depends on the amount of reheat.

Reheating is applied in a gas turbine in such a way that it increases the turbine work without increasing the compressor work or melting the turbine materials. When a gas turbine plant has a high pressure and low pressure turbine a reheater can be applied successfully. Reheating can improve efficiency up to 3%.

A reheater is generally is a combustor which reheats the flow between the high and low-pressure turbines.

Reheating results in a decrease in thermal efficiency but increases specific work output.

The answer is CD.

Increases turbine work output.
Decreases thermal efficiency.

Q in increases. Work also increases. But the increase in Qin is more than Work So thermal efficiency decreases.

Reheating and intercooler increases work, regenerator increases thermal efficiency.
