Camber is the angle of the wheel, measured in degrees if the top of the wheel is tilted out then the camber is positive, if it's tilted in, then the camber is negative.

Steering axis inclination and camber together form an angle that remains the same upon deflecting in and out.

Yes, incorrect S.A.I leads to pull the vehicle to the side of higher inclination(not in lesser side), and take time to get back.
