Simple formula.

Rr = Kr * W.
Where, Rr = Rolling Resistance (N)
Kr = Coefficient of Rolling Resistance.
W = Weight of the Vehicle (N).

So here,
W = 63500 N.
Kr = 0.018.
Rr=?
Put value in equation.
Rr = Kr * W.
= 0.018 *63 500.
Rr = 1143 N ==> Answer.

Co-efficient of rolling resistsnce = 0.018.
Truck weighing(w) = 63,500N.

Rolling resistance to the truck = 63500 X 0.018
= 1143 N.

From friction's law. Limiting friction force = coefficent of friction x weight.

Therefore, rolling resistance = 63500x0.018 = 1143N.

Truck weight = 63500N.
Coefficient of rolling resistance = 0.018.

Then,

Rolling resistance = 0.018 x 63500N = 1143N.

We know that,
Rolling resistance= Cofficient of rolling * weight.

According to question,
Truck weight = 63500 N.

Cofficient of rolling = 0.018.

Then,
Rolling resistence = 0.018*63500 = 1143 N

Truck weight = 63500N.
Coefficient of rolling resistance = 0.018.

Rolling resistance = 0.018 x 63500N = 1143N.

f = mu * R.
R = W.

Rolling Resistance R(r) = k(r)xW.

Where k(r) = co-efficient of rolling resistance (or) constant of rolling resistance.
