Work motivation is the main perspective to achieve.

One considers personal goals more than the organizational.

Organizational goal can be achieved indirectly connecting them to their personal goals (incentives, image status in workplace).

Unless you are motivated to work, you cannot achieve personal as well as organisational goals. If you achieve personal goals its as good as achieving organisational goals. Work towards personal goals always.
