Option A seems to be correct one according to the passage. It is never said in the passage that motivation forces priority for individual goals over organisational goals. Only thing said in the passage is that it makes people motivate to achieve their own goal with the help of organization.

The point of relevance is the work motivation.
It is importatnt for both the Org & personal goal.
An employee works first for org & then for personal & satifies both through motivation.
Motiavtion is one of the factor of personal satisfaction & hence org obejective.

I think option C is more relevant. Personal goals should never be given more priority than organisational goals. The answer given (option a) means satisfying personal goals even if they can cause harm to the organization and thus making organization to fail to achieve its goals.

Option D is logically correct. Personal goals lead to organization goals indirectly. The paragraph says employees are motivated but not a fact like motivation leads to.
So that means motivation indirectly (external force) leads to fulfillment of organizational objectives.

According to me, option D is right, because motivation is truly n external force which induces a person to concentrate on his personal efforts.
Motivation mainly influences or motivates a person to concentrate on their goals and put that much of effort to achieve it.

Best is to jot down the personal goals in a calm mind and work towards achieving it. The organisation can only give you money to lead a good life. To achieve a personal goal it's you who has to strive.
Never associate your personal goal with the organizational goal.

If one will able to achieve personal goals, than he/she will get confidence, and get motivted to contribute to the organisation. And because individual and organisation and interrelated so individual achieve will automatically result in organisational achievement.

If a person tries to attain his/her personal goals. Then it is itself a motivation. And when given motivation, the individual will work hard for the completion of personal aim. And ultimately, the work done for personal goals will benefit organisation as well.

(B) If a person continually work towards his personal aspirations and desires,he might overrule the benefits of the organization just like a batsmen who wants to make a century might eat up all the balls and achieve his goals but the team might end up losing.

Option 'A' is only apt for the given passage. Employees are the pillars for any firm, if employess are happy they will put their best efforts to give the god results. So, in the perspective of motivation employees should be considered first.
