According to me, option D is right, as fashion is the outward appearance of a person.
So the value should be given more to the work and other activities and one's inner self than one's outward appearance (i.e., Fashion).

Observe the bolded letters and now relate it to the two words "constructive development". The other options cannot be concluded definitely but they may be true.
Since fashion leads to waste of useful time that time should be used to do some constructive or in other words useful work. I hope everybody understood this.

Youngsters are considered as the liable source of constructive thoughts. The brightness of fashion world may lead to improper development of youngsters.
