E is the correct answer.

I think option B is correct one.

If a person remembers all his information and if he can provide it to the concerned person orally at any time then what is the use of ID Card?

So I think B is the correct answer but E also OK as immediate transfusion of blood may be necessary during serious accidents.

@Ninja_Chick.

Option B says "especially" when the accident is fatal.

This doesn't rule out the fact that the info on the ID will be needed when the accident ain't fatal.

That means that even when it's not fatal, the police will still require the info on the card but then they will require it more when it is fatal.

How option D is correct.

If person is in faint condense then how will he tell phone number.

So its illogical to saying that none is suppose to forget phone no in any circumstances.

Explain the answer.

Please elaborate the explanation. According to me option D is an inappropriate one. When person is not stable or has gone through some accident how can he remember the contact number?

If a person is unconscious how will he/she remember his phone number?

Will he be in the state of speaking anything?

Sometimes I feel wrong answers are provided here for couple of programs.
