The conclusion that follows the statement is conclusion B because only way to escape the problem is to face it.

The statement says 'best way'.
There might be other ways but they are all 'solutions'; whether best or not.
So therefore, to escape your problems, you should have some solutions (best way or not).

Statement: The best way to escape from a problem is to solve it.
For conclusion B: "To escape from problems, you should always have some solutions with you".
Now in a statement it's given that in order to escape a problem is TO SOLVE IT. Now conclusion B says, you SHOULD HAVE some solutions. It is not mandatory according to the statement for a person to have a solution but a will to solve it.

Solving the problem is the best way not the only way. So option B does not follow.

No where the point of life comes into picture with the given statement. Similarly the point of being dull didn't come into the picture. It was only about solution for a problem. So option B should be the right answer.

Option B should be the right option because to escape from the problem, we should have a solution that is clearly mentioned in the above statement.

But why doesn't Option B follows. It means to escape from problem we should have a solution, isn't this direct follow ?

Why can't option B follow the statement?

There is a possibility; may be we have the solution with the problem, we can find it; so the second option is good and the first option is true because if we do not fight with problem then we fill same.
