Assumptions:
- American people are strongly in favour of preserving the rights of the individual.
- Americans have so far not suffered any pangs of poverty or deprivation.
Answer: Option
Explanation:
Clearly, fascism and communism are against the preservation of individual rights. So, I is implicit. Nothing is mentioned about the economic condition of America. So, II is not implicit.
