Statement: It is not true that the mightiest superpower always wins wars and gets accolades from other countries.
Assumptions:
- Winners are sometimes admired and appreciated.
- Winners are occasionally criticized.
Answer: Option
Explanation:
The statement mentions that superpowers do win wars but their victory is not always applauded, but sometimes criticized as well in case the victory is an act of oppression of the weaker nation, and is not backed by a reasonable cause. So, both I and II are implicit.

The statement says that even superpowers do not win the war all the times. It also points out that; even if or whenever they do win the war they are not always admired or gets accolades.
Hence both options can be right.

The answer doesn't make sense and the conclusions are not co-related or following the statement.

Not satisfied with answer because the statement is not showing any relation with both of the statements.
