Statement: Should children be legally made responsible to take care of their parents during their old age?
Arguments:
- Yes. Such matter can only be solved by legal means.
- Yes. Only this will bring some relief to poor parents.
Answer: Option
Explanation:
Taking care of the parents is a moral duty of the children and cannot be thrust upon them legally, nor such a compulsion can ensure good care of the old people. So, none of the arguments holds strong.

The Answer should be E.
From our childhood, we depend on our parents for our needs and they don't deny us they provide us with the best that they can provide so if one person is not taking care of their old parents than it should be given legally upon him.
Poor parents who are paying for their child's education by having the minimum requirements in life should get the relief that they desire When their child is successful at later stages of life.

Both arguments are flawed.
Consider Arg 1: Legislative or legal recourse isn't the only recourse.
Consider Arg 2: Definition of poor, as either socio-economically, financially, poor-in-health?

The answer should be E.
Some parents are legally bound to protect the children outcome of such a result isn't in our hands and the same is true for the above.

The answer should be A.
As when a parent is legally obligated to take care of his child.
Why can't be the children obliged to take care his parents?

The Answer should be E.
It's child responsibility to take his parents and for that legal order should be passed so that family feel relief.
