27 is the answer.
Multiple each term by 9,
9/9, 9/3, 9,....,9 * 9
1, 3, 9, ...., 81.

(3) * 0, (3) * 1, (3) * 2, (3) * 3, (3) * 4.
1, 3, 9, 27, 81.
So, 27 is the answer.

Its very simple.

By given: (1/9), (1/3), 1, ____ , 9,..

The series follows: (3^-2), (3^-1), (3^0), (3^1), (3^2), (3^3)..

So answer is : 3^1 = 3.
