Here two series are there, with a random number, 35.

One series is 3,10,17,by adding 7.
Second series is 5,12,by adding 7, answer is 19 and as you know random number is 35.
So 19, 35.

Just ignore 35 in the given series.
Rest of the number follows alternate increment of 2 then 5.
3+2=5.
5+5=10.
10+2=12.
12+5=17.
17+2=19.
