Solution is correct: i.e 22,28 they are asking the next pair so 22 is one of them for sure.

Now:

Solution is work like this:---
4, 8, 22, (8+4 = 12), (12+4= 16), 22, (16+4 = 20), (20+4= 24), 22, (24+4= 28).

I think the answer is A.

There many assumptions in solving this sum.

But the first thing that stroke me was interpolating 22 and adding 8.

4+8=12.
8+8=16.
12+8=20.
16+8=24.
20+8=28.

And so the answer probably could be 22 28.

@John Ajay- I agree! There is adequate reason for both A and C - both indeed are correct for the simple reason of adding 8. Poor test/answer system if you ask me!
