We can also solve this question in such a way:

As in all terms, 1 is added to LHS digit and 2 is subtracted in RHS digit.

1 + 1 = 2 & 5 - 2 = 3 = 23.

As well as.

2 + 1 = 3 & 3 - 2 = 1 = 31.

1.5 + 0.8 = 2.3.
3.1 + 0.8 = 3.9.
3.9 + 0.8 = 4.7.

2.3-1.5 = 0.8
3.1-2.3 = 0.8
3.9-3.1 = 0.8 (Just tell me about how acquire 4.7 this solution ) just addition 3.9+0.8 = 4.7
4.7-3.9 = 0.8.

It's a simple A.P with common difference .8.

So just add .8 to 3.9.
You get the answer 4.7.
