We can also solve this question in such a way:
As in all terms, 1 is added to LHS digit and 2 is subtracted in RHS digit.
1 + 1 = 2 & 5 - 2 = 3 = 23.
As well as.
2 + 1 = 3 & 3 - 2 = 1 = 31.
