Carter and Johnson do not pose a difficulty for anyone I presume, which leaves us with Kirk and Falk.
Kirk was to originally work on Thursday, which means that, after the changing, he was shifted to work on Tuesday. I hope my reasoning is logic enough.

As I found Ms.FALK should be the right answer. As stated, "Ms.Falk traded with Mr.Kirk, who was originally scheduled to work on Thursday" means KIRK was scheduled to work on Tuesday.
Now Ms.Falk had traded replacing her. FALK should be on Tuesday. If I am wrong, the reason are most welcome to amend it.
