Option A is correct.
Since p->q is logically equivalent to -q->-p and since p->q is true then -q->-p must also be true.
Now,
if p: short-hair
q: short-tail.
then, -q: long-tail
-p: long-hair
which means if a gangle has long-tail, then it must have long-hair.

Short hair = Short tail
Spotted = Long tail
Short hair + Spotted cannot exist because Short tail + Long tail cannot exist.
So, Long-tailed cannot be Short haired.

When it is said that short hair will have short tails means long tail will never have short hair answer is A.

Answer C is right because it doesn't say anything about hair. So how can 3rd choice is right? So it is uncertain.
