I believe it is uncertain. There is no implicit statement of where stop and save is in relation to the pharmacy other than "south".
What if the stop and save were 50km SouthEast? It would STILL BE SOUTH of the pharmacy. Then Rebecca's house was only 10 km NorthEast. It would make the statement true.

It is false because if the first 2 statements are true then Rebecca's house is in the northwest of the shop and save grocery.
