R -Rover
F -Fido
B -Boomer

Statement 1- ( R < F ) ( 4 < 5)

Statement 2- ( R > B ) ( 4 > 3)

Boomer is the least Person.

Condition-1: boomer cannot weigh the most because statement-2, and it cannot be at the middle because of statement-1, so boomer weighs least.

Rover<Fido.
Rover>Boomer.

Fido-10kg.
Rover-5kg.
Boomer-3kg.

5<10.
5>3.

So the Boomer weighs least.

I think the answer of this question is C (uncertain)
Because,

According to first statement.
Weight of (Rover < Fido).

According to second statement;
Weight of(Rover > Boomer).

But there is also a chance that Weight of ( Rover > Boomer > Fido and also Rover > Fido > Boomer).

So the answer is Uncertain.

I think the answer is uncertain because we don't know the weight of Fido if less than or more than Boomer.
