Is there any condition that a garden must contain more than 2 variety of plants.

Since the Zoe's Garden is mentioned with the two categories of flower bearing plants, it is necessarily, that the 3rd statement should be right !

We don't know about the other flowers which is Zoe's garden and we have only two flowers information so the answer would be uncertain.

The assumptions can be made only as per the given statements.
We can't assume the real condition. If there are only two flowers in the garden, then option A is right.

We can assume only as per the given statements. The real conditions cannot be brought here for a test.
There can also be a chance there may be only two flowers in the garden which make the statement TRUE.
